I don’t understand why an app like this would need ad revenue. Didn’t I buy your watch? And I can’t pay to get rid of ads outright—I have to pay for an ad-free subscription. Pretty ridiculous.

The apps are not working at all!!

First time I got to use this app was when I got a watch from Walmart and I was a little disappointed because the location tracker wasn't accurate and that was the main reason I purchased it. This time I wanted to try one (different brand) from Temu and It works wonders!! The location is very accurate, you can make calls, video calls, text, etc. so I think it depends more on what brand your watch is than the app itself.

So far, since I hadn’t had this app or device for a while yet, all I know is that the ads are extremely annoying, please make it so that there were less ads.

The app works but it needs some settings to be added.

There is no registration code on the watch to connect to the app and the sim card does not work.

To open this app there are always 4 ads and each of them takes 5 seconds. In total 20 seconds of ads on every launch. Too irritating. There Should be no ads if an expensive watch is bought.

Everytime I try to log in it says “timed out try again later” it won’t let me reset my password either. What’s the point of the watch of the app doesn’t work.

Why didn’t you give us a Sim card with the watch? And can you call without a Sim card? And can you text I want to know anyways good watch I love the watch. make a few changes.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰

Can set the time. There is no feature that can do the time settings. SIM card inserted but says no network.

I got my daughter a watch and downloaded this app but once I finished making the account and was adding the device, I put my relationship to my daughter, her name, and the watch number. I clicked submit but it said to confirm the registration code was correct but there was nothing else i could do. Please try and fix this problem!

I bought the watch for my daughter for Christmas. I have been trying to log into either of the apps the instructions tells you to sign up for and no matter what I do I cannot log in! It will not take any password I submit and I cannot get the watch set up. It’s infuriating to buy something of this nature and not being. Able to use it because of the app associated with it!

I can't pay for the service to remove ads on the app. Pls help me

I have paid and purchased the wiky watch phone/watch and the app that comes with it asks me to pay more for an ad-free experience. This is ridiculous. Each time I open the app or switch back to the app from another app, I am greeted by an ad. Even when an SOS message is received I have to wait through the add.

This app fails to connect to the watch. I spent 4 days trying to get the watch to connect to the app. It was never able to. I ultimately asked to be refunded for the watch. It’s very unfortunate as I was looking for an inexpensive way to track my child after an attempted kidnapping. Sad.

The GPS is inaccurate. Anytime I try to connect with my child’s watch, it only works, sometimes. There is no rhyme or reason as to why or when it works. Cool idea, though.

The app is ok for money you pay. It has too many Adds. If you want to Track your child you will feel so bad for loosing that time to wait for multiple Adds to finish.

It would be nice to do some SMS texting on the watch. I try to download the apps and they are extremely hard to configure on the watch. If you can help this I will increase the rating

Difficult to know what buttons do what, heavy ad content, impossible to know which kids decide you are looking at, and it glitches.

The sound graduation not working

Inaccurate locations. What’s the point?

My daughter loves the watch but I may have to return it before the 30 Day period because when she texts me, I do not get a notification. I have to randomly open up the app, log in, and open the we chat to see if she called me. Pointless when your little one is trying to get a hold of you and you don’t know.

No bad as far as app watch trackers go. But how do i get the watch to be in regular time my kid can’t tell military time. Also getting to the correct time zone is a bit of a guessing game if u live in NY.

This is so disappointing. The app go’s isn’t accurate at all. So I will have to get rid of the watch. Which is whole reason I bought the watch for tracking purposes and teaching time as well. Very disappointing

very inaccurately determines the position of the child. the difference even in an open space is sometimes about 100 meters, and if the child is somewhere in the building, then more than 300 meters. I do not advise

Sometimes the watch charges, sometimes it doesn’t. Hard to contact customer service. The app is terrible. GPS is spotty, the time on the clock is never correct and if you try to correct things in the app, the phone/watch completely stops working. You have to set it back to default settings. We’re looking for an alternative.

I can’t send a normal text to the watch. The watch does not receive texts. It only accepts WeChats that are made through the SE tracker app. And the watch can only respond to the WeChat with a voice text which makes it pointless to even text anything when my kid can just call. If I send a WeChat, there’s no notification on the watch to show a chat came through. They’d have to hear the chime (useless in loud areas) or randomly check the WeChats. Lots of weird options that I don’t understand, not user friendly, and the instructions don’t explain, like the my friends option or the pedometer. I can’t seem to get the sound guardian to work through the app. It worked once, and now I’m not sure how to activate it.

The watch is great but the location is never right on the app

There’s too many issues with the app. There should be a way of adding the numbers in the app and it automatically add it to the phone. Watch has internet but the app and phone are not linking.

Can even get this watch registered to set up. Absolute waste of money.

Just a for instance... from the watch you select Video Chat, the next screen says Group Chat or “ the name you entered as administrator “. You select Group, thinking that you will be able to chat with the administrator and any other family members connected to the account. Nope just the administrator. There is a language barrier in the written directions that come with the watch and getting help setting up the device is impossible.

We’ve been trying to get this to work literally every day for the past month. Took it to cell phone stores..nothing. Bought the recommended SIM card off Amazon..nothing. Luckily this was part of a gift from a few years ago so we personally didn’t spend any money on this.

After the last update it’s now worse. The geo fence doesn’t work and the location is incorrect. It is not a network issue. It is the app. Please fix it!!!!!

The app does not work on apple devices.Will not enter the app

I like it overall but when I test the location, even when it’s in my lap, it shows up across town at the funeral home oddly enough. It also won’t let me take remote pictures, tells me the device is offline even when I have it on and am using it. So... other than that, it seems to work and my daughter likes her watch.

Dose not give you a customerService line to give you any help

I bought the watch so I’d be able to keep track of my child but that isn’t possible if you can’t access the app. Every time I try it just spins and spins and says time out error or something. It’s junk. I’m gonna have to return the watch and find something that uses better software.

I think this apps works decently with watch. It’s easy to use the the dashboard has too many buttons. I wanted the app to provide better indication of where my child is but it’s ok compared to how Accurate other stuff is these days. I can talk to my kids or he can call me. I can leave him a message or he can do the same. Works with T-Mobile network.

After 3 days of frustration I am retuning the watch I bought to go with this app I Bought for my 8 year old sun to use at our camp, Bought the recommended sim (speed talk) signed up for that put my card information In it an all. Went to start up the phone could not get the watch to make call / text or revive them. No way to contact the company to help no phone number list on the instructions, amazon, or the INTERNET. I bought I also the watch thinking it’s brand new well upon installing the app to connect the gps it tells me I’m waiting On authorization from another person listed as mom. I click on the “?” Thinking it would have me some help..NOPE. It just says I need to contact the seller to set up the device well once agin. No phone number anyplace. Very aggravating and a waste of money.

I purchased this watch so that I would be able to keep track of my son while he was outside playing. But the GPS is severely off he will be upstairs in our home and it will say he’s out of range as it’s about a quarter of a mile off on the GPS positioning. Other than that we like it.

I love having this watch on my kid when they spend overnights other than at my house. My only issue is I have to open the app 3-4 times before it connects to watch. Once connected everything works, the gps as well! I would love it if this bug is fixed so that I can contact my kid on the first time instead of 5-10 minutes later. Please fix soon!!

It has a signal with a red circle on it. It’s not working.

Watch works good but the app has allot of issues. Many of the features Don’t work and or show inaccurate information. Hopefully they have better guidance coming for the app and updates. I would recommend this watch to others if the app was better but I don’t feel comfortable doing that at this time.

It’s great to call my child but the GPS is way off all the time. When my child leaves the house I can not track where they went because the GPS is at someone’s else house not close to our home at all. That is very alarming to not track where my child is at all times.
