Not happy

Got this watch as my son has selective mutism and want him to be able to call me if he needs me. Got watch all activated with sim. It has signal and I can call the watch but O can not get the watch connected to the app on my phone and since I cant get it connected the watch is pretty much useless as u have to add sos numbers through the app
