Hi, I've purchased a second hand PTHTECHUS watch, and when I try to register the watch in the Setracker app, this message is shown: waiting for authorized device. I suppose the last owner didn't a factory reset, so now I cannot use it. Please, could you make a Idreset? The registration number is: 785005600159620

on the setracker2 app its says waiting for authorized device please help....

Can't register with setracker2 app. It keeps saying "registered" but I didn't register.. Brand new watch? Tried on other cellphone also?

Cannot log in says password error , try to reset password by requesting a verification code. I enter only my email but ask the verification code. The v-code needs to come from email!!! I don’t understand...how I have to proceed? Who can help me to reset the password?

I bought a smartwatch and i did the instalation process but the app couldn’t link to the Watch ! At the moment I tried to exclud de Watch frio the App to reinstall again to ser if it would work! But i realize that it os impossible to reinstall that Watch again ! Now i know that the problem Was the apn configuration but i can’t use the app because i’m not able to reinstall the Watch again ! I bought this smart watch to my kids and i registered on an old number then i changed this mobile number and trying to acess the watch through the application it give me the device offline as the old number not exists now and i cannot put the new one so i want to know what to do now❓
