This is a review just on getting it set up. Ill update this review if someone can help me get it set up. Went to Verizon to get a SIM card and it isnt compatible. This seems like an awesome product but even the instructions arent helpful. Theyre translated terribly!!!

I think it is STUPID how you have to have a SIM card for it and it is just terrible how the translation is!!!!!!!!!

My 2nd Watch is always offline. I can't unregister and when I would like to register with a new account it said that is just register the ID. What can I do. Sim Card is without PIN and internet is connected. When I call the number it ring the Watch.

Can you link one GPS watch to more than one cellphone. For example can you load a GPS watch to Setracker app on the mothers and fathers phone, or are you only allow to link one GPS watch to one Setracker app user.

I tried to add a device under the "me" option but the message i received indicate the following "device number registered, add failure". The ID that i am trying to add is not registered. How can I add a second GPS watch to the app?

Good software, works fine, but in map option, it shows incorrect positions. Ill try to contact seller to talk about this problem.

He logged off now does not recognize my password and does not log anymore I can not reset the password by the app as I do?

I cannot get this app to register my W5 gps kids watch. App is very hard to understand in the english mode.

Got this watch as my son has selective mutism and want him to be able to call me if he needs me. Got watch all activated with sim. It has signal and I can call the watch but O can not get the watch connected to the app on my phone and since I cant get it connected the watch is pretty much useless as u have to add sos numbers through the app

The watch I purchased is good but it wont connect to the app because the app is No good It dont work on my iPhone and my iPad so its garbage please dont use it I dont recommend this app at all...

Cant get the app to connnect to the watch. Watch working if I call it and added under "devices", yet app doesnt see it and doesnt let me set up the watch.

I liked the old version. Now the health tracker doesnt work. The messages arent sent on time. Please just bring back the old version!

The main function of the watch is unavailable. The signal didnt shown correctly. The geolocation us not working. The only function we can use - to call both ways. But reception us weak and in many cases our son is unreachable. I believe the problem not the watch itself- the problem is unprofessional team of programers who cant build a good software.

GPS does not work properly, when we look at the map to see our son we saw him in an another place far away from our house. Sometimes it works better, but we can not be sure where he is.

With the latest update we cant see the watch on the map. Urgent issue pls.

Simply it doesnt work.

Bad update, a lot of bugs. Just remove last update from build, idiots... You will lose all clients

Its a few days that the app doesnt Work. I write ti developper but ive no answer. Very Bad service!

Do not recommend to buy l gps watch. Doesnt work at all! Stolen money!
