Cannot log in says password error , try to reset password by requesting a verification code , but don’t get the mail, please help

How can I reset my account? My daughter lost her first kids smart watch and I deleted the app. I got her another one and tried login again and it gave me an account error. Please help

at first it was good, upon loosing my old phone and reinstall this app to my new phone, it said that my account is error upon changing my password

This works fairly well with Q50 and Q90 watches for GPS tracking. The software English is a little funny from Chinese translation but its still functional.

Their is no option to set time to 12-hour format.
