I got my watch today! I also am trying to register using iPhone app, but when I fill all the fields in and click "ok" the app exits without creating my account. Please help! This watch will not work without the app!

If I fill in the registration, I see green ticks but click on ok and the app quits. I have tried to fill in my details 5 times now to no avail. Does anyone have a solution in the meantime? Thanks!
Can not register in iPhone, the app exploits does not work
When I try to log on to the app. I keep getting "account error" and nothing. My username and password are correct. When I try to reset password I can, but I still get the "account error" message when trying to log in.
App probably allows only one account per watch. The moment my wife created an account, I got "account error". I solved this by creating account on my phone again, but then my wife got "account error". Obviously, only one phone can be linked to the watch - definitely a downside :(
Bought the witmoving watch on Amazon in the UK. Placed a SIM card in from three network and added £10 onto the sim. No connection to the device at all when I place the SIM card in the phone. Sim works fine in my iPhone though. Have I placed in correct sim in the phone, is it the wrong type of SIM card?

Good day I need to delete an account on my tracker. I mistakenly added 2 different account on me and my wife's iPhone's. Now i get only have 1 child on mine, and my wife the other child. How do I delete the one account so that I and my wife can login with the same account details. Please If some one can assist me!!! It will be highly appreciated. Thx

The app does not connect with watch. There is no customer support. I contacted the program makers and the seller but no response. Money down the drain.

You have many problems with the new version: 1. i couldn't reset my password because my count id is my email and you cant input an email in the account field on the 'forgot password' form. @ and . (dot) are not allowed. 2. i cant add my second watch i have winch was working on the previous version. the error message pops up for less the a second and its very hard to read. but it looks like it says the its already registered. Need you help fast please
Having trouble getting both my sons watches on my device. Have 2 different registration logins so I can see them, however when I try and add device to get them on the same login it doesn't work. No point in having that function if you can't add!!! If there is a solution please email me back.
