App not working and syncing with Kids tracker smart watch

The app does work, but to get the correct connection to your GPS watch requires some admin setup. Like everyone else, my watch did not work out of the box. I contacted Wonlex directly for help. I had to provide them with my country (USA) and service provider (AT&T), and they have made a code to text to the watch. After that, it started working. The app itself does function, but its not intuitive to use. To make the app better, someone with English as their first language should go through and re-word everything to sound more natural for English speakers.

It doesnt connect with the phone and its impossible to set up. The app has settings but doesnt recognize the watch!!!

This is my first review ever. I got the watch/phone in the mail today. I bought it on Amazon and was a little skeptical because of the reviews, specially because people complained about how hard it is to understand the instructions due to the poor translation from Mandarin to English. Well, that part is true, the manual is too hard to understand. So I just used my cellphones bar code reader app to download the watch app. Once downloaded, it was fairly easy to set up. Everything has to be done through the app, you cannot set up the watch just by pressing buttons and the screen, download the app! After downloading the app to your cellphone, you need to register the watch with the app. I used the bar code reader app on my cell again to scan the barcode on the back of the watch. You need to scan the barcode on the top, not the bottom one. I had trouble setting up a password. I finally figured out that you cannot have numbers in your password. Only letters and maybe a few special characters. I used my email address and the SIMs card phone number to complete the registration. You will also fill out a section where you need to add your own cellphone number as the number that is monitoring the watch. I have been able to change the time (they only have listed eastern and western times, lots of them but no central times). I have added three phone numbers (you can add more) and the GPS is showing that the watch is in my house. I called the watch and then called my cellphone using the watch. Perfect phone call, no issues so far. I also used the "locate watch" feature and it works. The watch started beeping and the ringtone was loud which is good if you have misplaced the phone. You cannot change the ringtone or lower the volume though. The only thing that I have not been able to change is the date on the watch. I will keep trying. So, I like it so far. Im not sure all the features work yet, thats why I am giving it only 4 stars. By the way, I am with T-Mobile and I have a regular family plan. I have always had an extra phone line on my plan so I am using a micro SIM card. The phone works on a 2G network and works fine with my carrier. I dont know if it would work with any other carriers. After downloading the app, I noticed they have a new app. I decided not to download it because the original app worked fine for me. I dont want to mess it up. Hope this review helps!!!!

Google maps it uses keeps turning off. Cannot view live tracking. Please fix this

I love this app and the set up. Its very easy to use. But I have been having trouble connecting to my watch to power it down.

It happened to me again.. After I updated the app from my husband phone, not able to log in anymore. Trying to reset the password, it keep giving me error. Please help!!!!!!

I cant make phone call from the device with this version 3.5. I could make an receive phone calls without any problem with version 3.4. Help! Its urgent!!

It is the fifth update in less than a month and does not work. The level of English in the app is awful.

The app is not accurate thus far. It keeps saying the watch is in various places far away from where it actually is. The app needs a lot of work. The 2 way calling is neat and works well. I like this feature and havent had any issues with this.

I try to register in the 3 versions of this App and says server is busy!!!

I have installed setracker app for my son's watch and have been using it for a week already. Since yesterday I can not log in and it gives me account error message. Tried to reregister and to change password but without any success. What must I do or how do I reset account.

Can you only link 1 watch to 1 setracker app user. We have bought a watch for my son, but both the mother and father would like to add the device to setracker on there phones. It looks like one can only add the watch to 1phone. Please comment

I am trying to add a second watch to the se tracker app. The message that i have received is "device no registered, add failure". The ID of the watch is 261805923331916. Can you please give me instructions how to add a second watch on setracker.

The app is not accurate thus far. It keeps saying the watch is in various places far away from where it actually is ( same issues) I had to call the school to find out if my kids are their after geofence wasn't accurate at all. Please fix it
