Why cant i login at asia area ?

Since this update my Watch (device) is "offline" so the GPS wont work anymore. Please get back to version 1.5!!

The app ask me to update and now its all in another language, the app was working great, until now I cant even log in : (

We received the watch but it has no SIM card. Any idea how to purchase?

Chat can only send message to phone but cannot receive message from phone. Health does not work at all. Map feature is good. No manual.

It all worked fine in the last version except I have to kill the app to hear more than one voice message from the watch. Now I am not getting notifications at all! Please fix. I deleted and reinstalled, and it still doesnt work.

Can we get an on/off switch for the do not disturb to easily disable for weekends? And can you make it so the messages sent to the watch during do not disturb make no chime? Im not sure the messages are sending successfully between watch and app either way all of the time.

I cant get it for the life of me to connect to my device. Keeps saying its offline when its not. I think Im going to send the watch back for a refund

I have tried everything and cannot connect

I cant get connected my sons watch and the app. We live in Georgia USA.

I cannot get the watch to connect, I cannot even get past setup on the app.

After 30 minutes of trying to sync the watch to my smart phone Ive given up and Wilson this product back.

This was a bad idea. After trying to connect, this watch continued to say offline. I will be sending this back.

I wanted to pass along what Ive learned. I do not own this watch and heres why: you have to have a SIM card with a data plan for it to work. T-Mobile offers one, but its around $30 per month. I didnt bother looking at AT&Ts. The watch is a great price, but its expensive in the long run. For $30 per month, just get the kid a cheap flip phone. The app is called se tracker and doesnt have a lot of reviews. Good luck!

Do not waste your time with these watches. First it is only compatible with T-Mobile. And the GPS never located the watch...which was next to the phone. It ALWAYS had it located in the middle of a lake or river about 5 miles from actual location. Now as a parent that is just the worst scenario I can possibly imagine.

Could not even set up an account on the app. Watched YouTube videos on how to set up the watch and so frustrated. Enjoy my money groupon, too late to send the tracker watch back for a refund. At least the app was free.

This was to work with a kids geo-locator watch but the registration will not recognize the watch barcode. It shows a green check box when scanned, but deletes during registration process. There is no email support, only an international phone number. Very disappointed.
