You can call, but you cant track

The main function of the watch is unavailable. The signal didnt shown correctly. The geolocation us not working. The only function we can use - to call both ways. But reception us weak and in many cases our son is unreachable. I believe the problem not the watch itself- the problem is unprofessional team of programers who cant build a good software.
